2-Turn xp into windows 7 + Guide > In this there a software styler toolbar. Make sure you install that.
3-Windows Vista and 7 Cursors for XP

7-Win 7 Gadgets for Xp
8-Real Desktop 1.421 (3D Desktop) ---- Play with your desktop

Installation

Install all the above files, including fonts, toolbars, etc...

Enable applications on Start up

1-Go to run and type msconfig
2-Mark files which you have installed, styler, Vistart and Viglance..

Enabling & Editing Theme
=====================
Go to program files and Open Styler, apply the theme.
